Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) Therapy for Performance Confidence
Music works together with relaxation and imagery techniques to help manage the pressures of performing. Positive imagery can be developed and mentally rehearsed in practice in order to be decrease stress levels during performance.

In this video I discuss the Guided Imagery and Music Therapy program I developed in my Master's Research at the University of Melbourne while working with tertiary musicians.
